What to expect

We want to ensure that you have a great experience at Raindrop Hearing. When you visit us, you can expect genuine, professional, and customized service!

Book An Appointment

You can book an appointment by calling any of our clinics (click here to see locations and phone numbers). If you find it difficult to come to one of our clinics, you can request an at-home assessment and we can schedule that at your convenience. When booking an appointment, you can request a Hearing Instrument Specialist that speaks a language you are comfortable with. If you need to cancel your appointment, you do not need to worry about a fee. Your hearing assessment appointment is completely free.

Hearing Assessment

Before the hearing test is performed, you will be asked to fill out a case history form, which provides insight to our Hearing Instrument Specialist of how hearing loss has impacted your life. Following the case history, we will conduct a hearing test in a sound booth or sound proof room. You will be asked to indicate when you hear various levels of sounds and tones for each ear. Various tests will also be performed to rule out any abnormalities in the outer and middle ear. The assessment usually lasts less than thirty minutes.

Hearing Aid Fitting

Once the hearing healthcare professional determines hearing aids are required, a fitting date will be scheduled. During the fitting appointment, the Hearing Instrument Specialist will program the hearing aid based on the results of your hearing assessment, we will make sure that you are comfortable in using the device and then discuss other features that you may be interested in using, such as Bluetooth connectivity with your cell phone.
